Spring 2008 Press Release
16th April 2008
RPA International Ltd can trace its roots back to 1970. Since then it has evolved on several occasions, most recently with the acquisition of the company by "Mach 3 International Ltd" in 2006. Since then the new shareholders have made a significant investment in the Company resulting in the move to a new factory in Tonbridge a substantial amount of new machinery, a doubling of the number of staff, (whilst retaining almost all of the original team including the original founders of the Company). By the end of 2006 RPA had also gained ISO 9001 quality accreditation.
2007 saw the "locking down" of RPA's new product range, which now includes 9 distinct bolt action rifles as well as the actions, triggers, sights and accessories for which it is famed. This year has seen a ten-fold increase in rifle production. The latest Rangemaster .50 tactical rifle along with the RPAΩ .50 match grade ammunition (jointly developed by Primetake and RPA) has been a major success with RPA's customers and is achieving better than 0.5 MOA accuracy out beyond 1,500 metres. The end of 2007 saw a complete marketing makeover with revised logo (shown above left) and branding of the Company.
2008 starts with the release of new brochures and a new website designed to compliment the launch of its new product range of target, sporting, hunting and tactical rifles and accessories.
Looking to the future RPA International Ltd will also continue to be a high quality sub-contract manufacturer of specialist components for the civilian security, defence, oil & gas and other markets.
It will further develop its active involvement with, and support of, "grass roots" target, sporting and hunting shooters whilst providing the essential equipment for tomorrows security forces. Most of all our commitment to our customers will be to provide the best quality and probably the most accurate rifles you can buy. We live by our motto...
